Terms and Conditions

The Supper Club membership is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The Supper Club joiners fee, membership and all event bookings are taken by direct debit
  • In the unlikely event you want to leave or change membership, we ask for one full calendar months’ notice. i.e. If you give notice after 7 December, you will be charged for January and therefore be a leaver as of 1 February
  • Once a membership is cancelled a new joiner’s fee will apply should you re-join after 6 months
  • Please do not cancel attendance to an event once booked unless absolutely necessary as it can really impact the dynamic of the event
  • If you cancel an event included in membership, with less than two weeks’ notice, a cancellation fee of £50+VAT will be charged.  For events outside of membership with an additional charge no refunds or transfers are offered

Fair usage policy – relates to The Supper Club members

The policy has been put in place to help ensure that all members have a fair chance to attend dinners without a few taking up most of the spaces available.  Fair usage also aims to reduce cancellations where members have booked too far in advance for events that they later find they cannot make, as this disrupts the dynamic of the event.  Members can book to attend up to four topic roundtable events over a six-month period. If you exceed this amount, we may ask you to go on a waiting list.

Please note: social events, speaker events and workshops/masterclasses are not included in the number above.
