As the founder of Barbican Dental Care (BDC), Neil established multiple practices in central London, providing quality private dental treatment on the doorstep for busy city employees. BDC was acquired by Bupa in 2014 and continues to work as a dentist and as a Relationship Director at Bupa. Neil discusses finding the right cultural fit from an acquirer for both his staff and the future of the business as well as the lessons learnt from his sale process.
