Led by training expert David Clements, this workshop is aimed at those in sales roles. You’ll learn how to protect your margins and negotiate better deals ongoing. 

Most people believe that negotiating is taking prices down until the other side says yes. That is not negotiating – that is discounting and requires little skill. Not being able to negotiate well sees the gradual erosion of prices and margins and can lead to setting dangerous precedents which can haunt the business for years.
