Lord Leigh of Hurley established Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and developed an expertise in company sales. I
n May 1988, he left to set up Cavendish Corporate Finance and is currently the Senior Partner. Cavendish is now the UK’s leading specialist sell-side adviser to owners of mid-market businesses, having acted in over 500 transactions.
