Lord Leigh of Hurley established Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and developed an expertise in company sales. In May 1988, he left to set up Cavendish Corporate Finance and is currently the Senior Partner. Cavendish is now the UK’s leading specialist sell-side adviser to owners of mid-market businesses, having acted in over 500 transactions.
