Sacha Romanovitch is CEO of Grant Thornton in the UK, a £500m business with 4,500 people whose purpose is to shape a Vibrant Economy serving over 20,000 clients. 

As CEO, Sacha leads the development and implementation of Grant Thornton's purpose-led strategy to shape a Vibrant Economy based on trust and integrity in markets, unlocking growth for dynamic businesses and communities where business and people thrive and so deliver sustainable value for their clients, people and the communities they serve. 

Through her experiences leading key areas of the firm including advisory, audit and tax in London and their People and Culture team, Sacha has a firm belief in how a clear purpose in business allows freedom to deliver a distinctive client experience and superior business results. Sacha writes: “Led by my deep interest in the role of leadership in dynamic organisations and how a strong coaching culture releases potential and generates growth, my goal is to work to shape a vibrant economy where all can flourish - through who we work with, the work we do, what we speak out on and how we are as a business.” 

Outside the firm, Sacha sits on the National Advisory Board of the Global Impact Investing Steering Committee and is Chair of Access Accountancy, a collaboration of firms to increase social diversity in the professions. She will be attending this dinner to share her extensive experience and insight across various topics.
