Cancelled: Special Guest Dinner with Greg Mesch, Founder of CityFibre

Special Guest Dinner with Greg Mesch, Founder of CityFibre

Greg is founder of CityFibre, the UK’s largest alternative provider of wholesale fibre network infrastructure. With over 25 years of telecom, internet and technology-based experience behind him, Greg has grown five companies from start-up phase to stable and successful firms.

Greg was Chief Operating Officer of ESAT Telecom in Ireland, building the largest fixed-line competitor to Telecom Eireann from scratch and raising all of their early stage capital. ESAT was later sold to BT for over €1 billion. Greg made the founding investment in Versatel Telecom NV, one of the largest fibre-based infrastructures in those markets in Holland, Belgium and Germany. Greg developed Versatel’s business plan, recruited core management teams and raised over €1.5 billion in capital before it was eventually sold for over €2 billion to Tele2.

Greg will offer invaluable insight at this dinner for founders and CEOs. He will share his experience of scaling these businesses and his expertise with business plans, management team building, and raising finance.
