Its dynamic and fast growing team, based in London and Leeds, also partner with like-minded international consultancies on a wide range of global research challenges.

Nick Patrick, Co-founder, Sempre Analytics
Nick co-founded Sempre Analytics in 2011, an industry leader in Business Analytics and Performance Management solutions. Prior to Sempre Analytics, Nick spent many years at the UK's leading IBM Cognos Partner, heading up Customer Relationships and the Account Management team. Previous to his experience with Cognos, Nick worked in dot coms and property, where he founded a bespoke property search agency based in London and the South East.
Nick will talk about the transformational impact a Non Executive Director had on him, his board, and his wider business and how it helped to accelerate growth.
Luke Smith, Founder, Croud
Luke co-founded Croud with Ben Knight in 2011 and it is now one of the largest independent digital agencies - with four offices across the US, UK, and Australia, 144 staff, and 1,982 experts in the network. It developed its 'Croud Control' technology platform and network of 'Croudies' to automate the tasks that slow other agencies down and deliver more impactful results for its clients. Croud clients include Virgin Trains, AMC, Amazon Prime, Regus, and Victoria's Secret.
Luke will explain how he built his senior team around the vision and culture of Croud to scale.
Tim Hastings, Managing Partner, Ford Hastings
Tim is a board level search specialist with over 20 years’ experience placing exceptional executive and non-executive talent into a variety of businesses. Tim has built an enviable network of investment professionals, high net worth individuals, private family offices and non-executive director contacts across a broad range of sectors.
Prior to establishing Ford Hastings in 2003, Tim held senior executive search posts at Ernst & Young in London and KPMG in the North of England. He also worked in-house for a venture capitalist where he was responsible for Executive and Non-Executive appointments.
Tim will share insight on how to recruit senior executive talent and how founders can get most value from them.
