Simon Ford, Positive Change Partners Ltd. Simon has managed and built businesses over the past 30 years, with astute commercial nous and a people-centered approach to creating competitive advantage and value in organisations. Clients include both large organisations and SMEs, such as BNP Paribas, Carpetright, Prudential, Incentive FM, International SOS, Hexagon Housing and Forum Products.
Jeremy Crouch provides one-to-one executive coaching; group training, facilitation and other tailored interventions to help people to be more successful and to enjoy the journey to that success. After graduating with an Honours Degree in Engineering Science from Exeter University he gained wide experience in sales, marketing and Board level business management. He now specialises in helping his clients improve their communications, influencing and leadership skills, and their understanding of and engagement with others.His work has taken him across European, to the Middle East, India, Africa, the Far East and North America. The range of clients he deals with is large, in terms of both size and markets, and includes Tesco, Nokia, IBM and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development. He is well versed in areas such as psychology, neuro science and group dynamics, and is a respected “trainer of trainers” and “trainer of coaches”.
This is an interactive session so we encourage all attendees to ask questions throughout and shape the discussion. This event is open to business owners and senior leaders.
