Join us for this 4-hour workshop where you will master productivity and accountability for yourself and your team. This is a huge hurdle in many organisations, and mastering it can set you apart from your competitors while increasing work satisfaction.

Why should this be of interest?

Accountability is one of the core principles in business that determines the health and success of your company culture. How efficiently your team gets stuff done, and the willingness to clean things up when they don’t go as planned, are what builds a strong team.

Accountability is also one of the greatest sources of frustrations as inconsistent performance and follow through can destroy a business’s reputation in seconds. It has to start with you as the leader or manager, if you are not holding yourself accountable to what you say, your people will mirror similar traits.

This training will focus on how to be clear on what is most important to you, how to build the discipline and structures to keep you on-target, and ultimately, the secret to getting the best from your team.

What will you gain, learn and explore?

  • Tools and best practice around holding yourself and others accountable
  • What your priorities really are in the business and how to protect these
  • What restricts you from following through
  • Best practices to eliminate distraction, improve focus, and get stuff done
  • How to get more time back
  • How to hold others accountable and move from a punishment model to one of empowerment and encouragement
  • How to have productive 1-1s and group meetings
  • Experience how this one discipline changes your company culture into one of greater productivity and efficiency
