Resolving the Five Dysfunctions of a Team, with Ally Maughan, People Puzzles

H8uxkzxvmbnikrbleaeu
Understanding the dynamics of a team and the most common areas of conflict is the first step in removing a significant obstacle to growth.

In his book, ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team’, Patrick Lencioni describes the behavioural tendencies that tend to corrupt teams. These include an absence of trust, a fear of conflict, a lack of commitment, an avoidance of accountability and inattention to results. Ally Maughan, CEO of People Puzzles and a member of The Supper Club, will join this dinner to explore these dysfunctions. People Puzzles is a UK partner of The Five Behaviours of a Team programme, and Ally will share expert insight from working with SME and corporate clients on executive leadership development, organisation design and structure, building a positive culture, and strategic HR.

Join peers for an open and honest discussion about how these dysfunctions could affect your team, how to spot the early warning signs, and share tactics on how to manage them to build a more cohesive team.

This dinner will look to explore, but will not be limited to:
  • How to recognise the five dysfunctions in your team
  • Tactics and techniques for managing the dysfunctions
  • How to increase team cohesion and productivity
