With so many debt and equity options, it’s easy to forget that there are ways to boost cash for virtually zero cost. This workshop will explore three areas where businesses can increase their bank balance without debt or dilution.
Why should this be of interest?
Founders often rush to raise capital from investors or lenders and get caught up in the wealth of funding options available, but forget that cash can be raised without cost. This workshop will help attendees gain an understanding of the principles behind free cash flow, what management teams should be measuring, and specific strategies for increasing cash immediately.
This is an interactive session where participants will be expected to complete a workbook which will contain specific and actionable tactics they can take back into their own businesses. Every business undertaking the programme should be able to substantially improve their cash position within weeks.
