Who will deliver this session?

Glow London is a consultancy specialising in all aspects of change management from Brand and Marketing through to Learning & Development, Customer Experience and even Workspace Environments.
Emma Harris is the Glow Founder, most prominently known for her time as Sales & Marketing Director at Eurostar, where she spent 10 years leading the business through a commercial revolution, developing it into a customer-focused, commercially-successful, globally-respected brand. She is a Marketing Academy Foundation Trustee and Board Member, an NLP practitioner, Spurs fan, Mum of 4 and someone dangerous to be out drinking with on a school night.
