Finding your path back to growth with Alastair Dryburgh

The ‘Plateau’ is that point where rapid growth starts to slow and you need a new strategy to maintain momentum. The crucial question is: how can you make it a short period of reorientation and prevent years of stagnation? This breakfast is for anyone interested in strategies to reboot growth and move to the next level.

Alastair Dryburgh will join us for this breakfast to share his expertise. Alastair has been described by forbes.com as "the leading authority on strategies for resolving ‘stuckness’ and reigniting growth". In addition to his consulting work in this area, and his column in forbes.com, Alastair has published two books: Business Remastered and Everything You Know About Business Is Wrong. He speaks regularly at conferences and seminars across the UK and further afield including Paris, New York, Singapore and Dubai. He has worked as a business mentor for the Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Institute of Directors, and for start-up accelerators.

This breakfast will explore, but is not limited to:

  • Understanding the growth paradox: the elements that made your business grow are now slowing growth
  • Five strategies to start growing again
  • How to innovate more successfully
  • How to get more from your people
