This session is all about the value of content with a purpose. We'll cover the common pitfalls that many make when it comes to planning and creating content, and share processes and tools to help create fantastic content as well as how to measure its success.

Why should this be of interest?

Businesses of all shapes and sizes across every sector need quality content. Creating this can be time-consuming and expensive, so ensuring you have an effective strategy is so essential. Good content adds value to SEO, aids new customer acquisition and drives customer loyalty through engagement. It can’t, therefore, just be a tick-box exercise.

If you're not investing in content, this session will tell you why you should, and how to do it properly. If you're already investing in content, you'll learn how to make each piece work harder and add more value.

Who will deliver this session

David Schulhof is the Owner/Director of Red Hot Penny and has been involved in the digital marketing space for nearly 10 years, working with brands of all shapes and sizes across multiple sectors. His co-leader for this workshop is Libby Richfield. Libby heads up the content team at Red Hot Penny and is extremely experienced at devising and delivering success through content strategies. In fact, Libby recently helped Virgin transform its content strategy -- she knows her stuff.
