A new generation of customers expects a different relationship with businesses; and this is being enabled by AI and automation.

Much has been said about adapting to a millennial workforce and understanding their expectations to better motivate them; but they also have different communication preferences as customers. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation technology is enabling businesses to adapt to these new expectations – from chatbots to new voice solutions. “It’s not about websites but conversations,” says Adam Greenwood of Greenwood Campbell, who will share his insights into the future of customer engagement and role of content in conversion as a member expert at this dinner.

This roundtable discussion will look to explore, but will not be limited to:
