Great management is critical to business performance and growth. Join us for a workshop with Charlotte Monico, former head of People Development for Google EMEA who will share her expertise and insights derived from hands-on experience building and managing high performing teams. You'll leave this session with the tools to be a great manager, the 12 key behaviours and skills of exceptional managers, as well as how to assess the management health of your business.


Charlotte Monico, former head of People Development for Google EMEA, and winner of the prestigious Google Great Manager Award will be leading this session. With 12 years of experience at Google, Charlotte is an expert with heaps of knowledge to share.

In this session, you will be given the tools to be a great manager; this includes setting KPIs, objectives, key behaviours, and building the essential structural needs

Who will be delivering this session?

Charlotte comes with a strong business background; from 8 years at Boston Consulting group, followed by 10 years leading teams in Google’s Finance department. Her insights are derived from hands-on experience building and managing high performing teams as well as leading a large L&D organisation.

Charlotte is known for her straight-talking approach, and she doesn’t shy away from the tough conversations.  

During this session Charlotte will be referencing materials from BetterManager.

This is an interactive session and we encourage all attendees to ask questions throughout. This workshop is open to business owners and their teams.
