The Supper Club covid-19 Policy

Mitigating the Risk of Covid-19 at our In-person Events

Please read the following before attending one our in-person events, experiences or a Forum meeting; this policy is designed to help us protect you and so you can keep each other safe and well.

Covid–19, often referred to as coronavirus, is an infectious disease that can result in serious and potentially fatal illness. There is a risk of the transmission of Covid–19 in any environment where  people come together. This risk increases in enclosed spaces and with increased numbers of  people. The World Health Organisation has advised that the elderly and those with underlying  medical conditions are more vulnerable.

To ensure we are all doing what is necessary to protect each other, upon attending an in-person Supper Club event, all attendees agree to the following:

  • To abide by all government guidance aimed at preventing the transmission of the virus (details of which can be accessed via the following link https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus)

  • All events will be hosted in venues following Covid-secure guidelines – you must follow all directions provided by Supper Club and venue staff members, and those set out in the signage within the venue

  • You must not enter the venue if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19

  • As an additional precaution to help protect each other, we would ask everyone to take a lateral flow test in advance of the event, but there will be no checking of test results or vaccine status.
