Manfred started his career at Lambie-Nairn in 1996. He has worked in some of the world's best known brand consultancies and for some of the world's biggest brands. He started BrandCap helping small and large companies use their brand to drive business performance.
Founder, Ash Gaming
Chris founded Ash Gaming, building it into one of the leading online game developers in the betting and gaming space. The company was sold to Playtech plc in 2011. In between family life and sailing, Chris is now an active angel investor in early stage tech and software companies.
Tom Ball is Founder of NearDesk, on a mission to reduce congestion in the UK by getting millions of people working near home. Tom has another company DeskLodge which was name '2016 co-working space of the year' and one of the 'worlds 15 coolest offices'.

Sam co-founded Experience Travel Group in 2006 and is passionate about steering a travel collective that makes clients’ dreams a reality and supporting his own travel habit. He is a big advocate for the Supper Club.
Founded We Are Hive where he combines his technical expertise, creativity and business knowledge to oversee the development of new products for Hive’s ventures and corporate clients.

Jo is the Co-Founder of Culture Consultancy and is committed to creating NextGen workplaces. She is co-author of 'Building A Culture of Innovation' and mentor to female business owners and mums with 'big jobs'. Jo has an interest in HR Tech & Fintech.
FOUNDER, COUNTERS CREEK LTD
David left the City to become a co-owner of a veterinary clinic roll-up, Pet Doctors which he then sold to a publicly-listed consolidator in 2010. David now acts as an advisor to a high-net worth family, evaluating investments in small private companies and backing start-up ventures himself.

Katy is CEO at immediate future, a social digital consultancy. Winning multiple awards including BIMA HOT100, Digerati top 100, Katy's been named 4th most influential social media expert by the Drum. Katy’s clients include; Selfridges, lastminute.com and HSBC.
FOUNDER, KING & ALLEN
Adam is the founder of King & Allen, a chain of bespoke tailoring stores who provide Savile Row quality suits at affordable prices. He has stepped back from the day to day running of K&A to focus on a new startup called SwipeStation, a mobile payment solution for stadiums.
Jason, former investment banker, quit the City to reinvent rubbish clearance through service, responsible disposal and scale. He is the Founder of AnyJunk providing regional and national waste collection solutions to home improvement retailers, landlords and insurance companies.
Graham began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam. After 15 years of working with premium and luxury brand clients including Orient Express and Sotheby’s, he set up Cream as the only independent media agency specialising in the premium and luxury sector.
FOUNDER, OPULEN INVESTMENTS
Matthew left finance age 27 and started Kin which traced missing heirs to unclaimed inheritance all over the world. Matthew started Opulen in 2011, which uses the advanced knowledge of data and tracing we find properties off-market and on-market to generate high returns.
FOUNDER, BANDOOLA PRODUCTIONS
Simon founded Exclusive Analysis, a B2B publishing business now owned by IHS. He then went on to start production company, Bandoola Productions, as well as creating an animated character called Bandoola. Simon has also made several investments.

Oliver co-founded SCM World in 2009 and is responsible for the overall growth strategy and mission. He leads the company’s vision of being the supply chain talent development partner for the world’s leading companies and co-chairs the SCM World Executive Advisory Board.
Alastair led a private equity backed buy in of etc.venues in 2006 which has quadrupled in size and now hosts 15,000 events in London and Birmingham. His most recent opening is at County Hall where he looks to build into one of London’s top event venues.
