Mike founded Dreams in 1987 and grew it to 250+ superstores before selling most of his shares in 2008 and stepping down as Chairman and CEO. Mike created The Clare Foundation with his wife Carol in 2009 to help UK charities become more commercial and entrepreneurial.

Simon Devonshire OBE

Bio

An expert in digital entrepreneurship and innovation, Simon is Entrepreneur in Residence for the UK Govt reporting to BEIS. He co-founded Wayra Europe, Telefonica’s business accelerator and awarded an OBE for his services to enterprise and humanitarian issues in 2016.
